Capital

Capitals are a special type of Settlement, there is only one per Region and/or World, but it enables taxation across the entire Region and/or World!

Capitals are special types of Settlements that cannot be built - instead, the world will spawn with them already placed - they can be upgraded like Settlements and will function largely the same as Settlements, including level requirements for Buildings

The big difference about Capitals is that they're visually unique enable the owner to benefit from Taxes

There are two types of Capital within Bastion Lords:

• Region Capital - Enables the owner to collect Region Taxes from the region it's attached to.

• World Capital - Enables the owner to collect World Taxes from the entire World
